Harold L. Underwood
Harold L. Underwood
Harold Underwood is a former Engineer and Business Owner with over 30 years of combined experience in the business industry, the corporate world, and the military. His military and engineering background propelled him into developing his own restaurant business, Subway Sandwiches & Salads, in which he was named, “Small businessman of the Year,” for Southeast Texas, and as an investor in El Rincon Mexican Restaurant, which allowed him to experience the business world for over 20 years.

He successfully managed the Texas Workforce’s JTPA Title II B Summer Youth eligibility program in Southeast Texas that certified over 900 youths for summer jobs.

As a result of his varied experiences and success in the business world, he has been able to develop a strategy to take the “pulse” of your business. He also believes that his working knowledge of business plans, financial reports, management experience and overall expertise of good sound business practices will allow him to analyze the status of your business.

Brandon L. Underwood
Brandon L. Underwood
Brandon Underwood inherited most of his business savvy from his father, whom he had the distinct pleasure of working alongside at an early age. He continued his entrepreneurial interest in college by starting two clothing businesses. Brandon also owned and operated a tax and accounting firm in Pflugerville, TX for 8 years providing bookkeeping, payroll, financial advice and counseling for clients regarding various tax situations. In 2017, he became a majority owner/investor in El Rincon Mexican Restaurant in Pflugerville, TX.

In 2013, Brandon and Harold started BRHA LLC for real estate investing and business consulting services. Brandon draws from his experience working in banking, real estate, tax preparation and technology to craft solutions that drive change and help businesses win. He has clients in the restaurant, residential and commercial cleaning, real estate, transportation, and fitness industries.

Underwood also started a charitable trust providing teens with advanced opportunities in higher education by optimizing academic skills and athletic performance. In addition, he has provided mentorship to youth in Port Arthur, TX.
